A Visit to Como - Sunken Garden

The flowers in the Sunken Garden change with the seasons. With the landscape of pastel pink and yellow, there was no denying that spring was in the air.

It's such a small space, but I could have spent hours looking at and photographing the flowers.

I'm not really a gardener, but I love the effect. Does it get any springier?

This plant looks so awake!

I love the structure of this blossom - two triangles with curved edges.

Or, there's the structure of this one - all curled up.

Even in perfectly manicured gardens, nature sneaks in surprises.

Even with all the flowers, it's still fun to focus in on individual blossoms.
