Rectangular Plates
Around November, I had a bit of fun playing with a single method of making rectangular plates. The impending holiday season may have been on my brain a bit.

These two plates ended up being a present for my parents.
Quick question - what's the difference between a plate and a tray? Visually, it appears to be handles.

This tray has same dimensions as the two plates above. However, just by adding the handle-like decoration to the edges, the visual cue a to the function of the object is completely changed from an appetizer plate to a small serving piece.
